Building Control and Security - For Absolute Corporate Privacy

The security system installed in the MLC Centre has been configured to match both the building's Prime status and to have sufficient capacity to service the needs of individual tenants. The security system provides 24 hour 7 day access to car parks, tower lobby, lifts and individual floors and all after hours is monitored and recorded electronically.

Tenant Security is ensured by:

• A 24 hour 7 day manned security desk in the main lobby and 24 hour 7 day random patrols.
  
  

• Proximity card readers in all lifts and in the car park allowing access only to authorised users.
  
  

• Closed circuit television monitoring of the car park, loading dock, retail and tower public areas.
  
  

• Random security patrols throughout the tower building.

The security system may be extended into tenancies allowing tenants to carry one proximity card for all access requirements.
